Edinburgh Global Distance Learning Scholarships
The University of Edinburgh will offer 4 scholarships for distance learning Master’s programmes offered by the University. Scholarships will be available for students pursuing any distance learning Master’s programme offered by the University. Each scholarship will cover the full tuition fees over three years.
University of the People Tuition Free Degrees
University of the People (UoPeople) offers everyone with internet access the opportunity to pursue Associate and Bachelor Degree Programs in Business Administration and Computer Science online. Tuition fee is free but students are required to pay an application Processing Fee (up to $50) as well as an Exam Processing Fee ($100) per end-of-course-exam. Scholarships are available to cover these fees.

edX is a learning platform that gives students from any country the opportunity to take free online courses offered by three premier Universities in the US – Harvard, MIT, and UC Berkeley plus other premier universities. The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program provides a year of professional enrichment in the United States for experienced professionals from designated countries throughout the world. The Fellowship provides ten months of non-degree academic study and related professional experiences in the United States. The fellowships provide tuition fees, maintenance allowance, insurance, travel costs, English language training, etc.
Global Undergraduate Exchange Program (UGRAD) (USA)
The Global Undergraduate Exchange Program (also known as the Global UGRAD Program) provides one semester scholarships to outstanding undergraduate students from around the world for non-degree full-time study combined with community service, professional development, and cultural enrichment. The scholarship will cover international travel, tuition, room and board, accident/sickness insurance, a small monthly stipend, and funding for books.
Future Global Leaders Fellowship (USA)
Freshmen students are invited to apply to the 2017 Future Global Leaders Fellowship, an internationally competitive program granting first generation and low-income students entry into the Fortis Society – the world’s first private network for diverse leaders. This program has gathered students from leading universities worldwide including; Harvard University, the University of Oxford, Sciences Po, and Peking University. All programme costs are covered the by the Future Leaders Foundation.
Endeavour VET Scholarship (Australia)
The Endeavour VET Scholarship provides financial support for international applicants to undertake VET at a Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree level in any field in Australia for up to two and a half years. The scholarship includes travel allowance, establishment allowance, and monthly stipend.
Talent for Governance Training Scholarships (Netherlands)
The overall aim of Talent for Governance is to strengthen local governments in developing countries and Eastern European (non-EU) countries through training of young civil servants from these countries. The Talent programme will generally cover all basic living expenses during the stay in the Netherlands, travel costs and the training course fee of the chosen training course. The talent must cover any additional costs from their own resources, and also contribute 100 Euros or 200 Euros to their programme costs.
VLIR-UOS Training Scholarships (Belgium)
VLIR-UOS awards scholarships to students from developing countries to undertake English-taught training programmes at Belgian Universities. The scholarships cover allowance, travel costs, accommodation, insurance, tuition fees, and other program related costs.

International Leader of Tomorrow Award at University of British Columbia (Canada)
University of British Columbia (UBC) provides bachelors scholarships for talented secondary and post-secondary international students from around the world. The Denys Holland Scholarship aims to support undergraduate students from any country, who without the support of the scholarship would be unable to secure the funding required to study at University College London (UCL), and who can demonstrate their intention to make full use of the activities offered by UCL and the Student Union. The scholarship is worth £9,000 per annum and scholars may choose to use all or part of the scholarship to cover fees.
Wells Mountain Foundation Scholarships for Developing Country Students (Any developing country)
The Wells Mountain Foundation funds scholarships for individuals in developing nations or other situations of extreme poverty. The scholarships range from $300 USD to $3000 USD annually and can be used for tuition and fees, books and materials, and other approved costs.
Melbourne International Undergraduate Scholarships (Australia)
The International Undergraduate Scholarships were established by the University of Melbourne in recognition of the significant contribution made by international students to the diversity of the University’s student population. The scholarships are in the form of partial and full tuition fee waivers.

Rotary Foundation Global Scholarship Grants
The Rotary Foundation offers scholarship funding through the Rotary Foundation Global Grant scholarships. The scholarship funds graduate-level coursework or research for one to four academic years. The minimum budget for a global grant scholarship is $30,000 which can fund the following: passport/visa, inoculations, travel expenses, school supplies, tuition, room and board, etc. Generally, the study grants can be carried out in any country where there is a host Rotary club or district.
OFID Scholarship Award
OFID (The OPEC Fund for International Development) offers fully-funded scholarships to qualified applicants who wish to study for a Master’s degree in an accredited University around the world*. The scholarships are worth up to $50,000 and covers the tuition fees, monthly allowance to cover living expenses, accommodation, insurance, books, relocation grants, and travel costs.
Aga Khan Foundation International Scholarship Program
The Aga Khan Foundation provides a limited number of scholarships each year for postgraduate studies to outstanding students from selected developing countries who have no other means of financing their studies. Scholarships are awarded on a 50% grant : 50% loan basis through a competitive application process once a year. The Foundation assists students with tuition fees and living expenses only. Generally, the scholar is allowed to choose a reputable University of his/her choice except those universities in UK, Germany, Sweden, Austria, Denmark, The Netherlands, Italy, Norway and Ireland.*

Joint Japan World Bank Scholarships

University of the People Tuition Free Degrees
University of the People (UoPeople) is the world’s first tuition-free, non-profit, accredited online academic institution dedicated to opening access to higher education globally. UoPeople offers Associate and Bachelor Degree Programs in business administration, health science and computer science, as well as an MBA program. University of Bradford Global Development Scholarships (UK)
The University of Bradford Global Development Scholarships are intended to aid international students in financial hardship due to the fact that they are domiciled in a country that is in crisis as a result of the political situation, war, natural disaster etc. The scholarship is available for students enrolled or intending to enroll in a full time Master’s programmes (except MBA) based at the University of Bradford. Bristol Think Big Scholarships (UK)

Leiden University Excellence Scholarships (Netherlands)
The Leiden University Excellence Scholarship Programme (LExS) is open to outstanding non-EU/EEA students pursuing any MA, MSc and LL.M programmes offered at Leiden University. The scholarships come in the form of the following: €10,000 of the tuition fee, €15,000 of the tuition fee, or total tuition fee minus the statutory tuition fee.

University of Lausanne Master’s Grants for Foreign Students (Switzerland)
Through the UNIL Master’s Grants, the University of Lausanne in Switzerland offers scholarships to international students who wishes to pursue any Masters Degree offered at the University (except the Master of Medicine, Master of Arts in Sciences and Practices of Education, Master of Law from the Universities of Zurich and Lausanne, Master of Law in Criminal Sciences, judiciary mention, and all the MAS (3rd cycle programmes)). The Université Paris-Saclay International Masters Scholarships (France)
